Baked Pork Tenderloin with Yoghurt

Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 C plain nonfat yoghurt
1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Dip pork in yoghurt (spread with fingers or spatula), then dip in crumbs to coat. Arrnage on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 40-45 minutes, or until pork is tender when pierced and crumbs are dry and lightly browned. Cut crosswise into slices. Serves 4.
