DirectionsSift together dry ingredients; add apricots and nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring until just well-blended. Turn into a greased and waxed paper-lined 9” X 5” loaf pan. Bake at 350° for one hour or until done (browned on top and bounces back when touched). Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack. Makes 1 loaf of bread. |
