Christmas Cookie Frosting

Ingredients

Butter
Milk
Powdered sugar
Food Coloring
Sprinkles
Red hots
Chocolate chips

Directions

Make frostng by mixing first 3 ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.  Divide white frostng into smaller bowls and add food coloring as desired.  Frost and decorate cooled cookies.
